We seek the unwavering dedication of a receptionist/administrative assistant who will provide invaluable support to our certified paralegal, administrator, marketing coordinator, and attorney. You will be our firm’s vibrant face and voice, accompanying our managing attorney to various events throughout the metroplex primarily in Tarrant County. Your congeniality will extend to warmly greeting prospective clients and offering indispensable assistance to our existing clientele. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour + overtime and bonuses
Job Duties:
- Answer phone and direct inquires, reply to general information requests.
- Make follow up calls and schedule consultations/reviews.
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the office.
- Enter and update new client information.
- Maintain reports and databases.
- Preparation of client documents.
- Provide administrative support to attorney and team.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Attend public events – workshops, seminars, expos, etc.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, occasional evenings and rare weekends
Required Skills:
- Computer experience requires knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Candidate must be professional (especially in dress and speech), organized, dependable, and motivated.
