I attended no-cost seminars on Estate Planning and Medicare/LTC in October 2020. All presented by Brandon McGee. This lead to my wife and I contracting with the McGee Law Firm to prepare a Revocable, Family Trust package with POA’s, Pour-over Wills, Medical Documents and such in Feb/March 2021. Brandon McGee and staff were nothing but professional and friendly. And quite knowledgeable regarding Estate Planning. All meetings were conveniently scheduled for both the Southlake and Fort Worth offices to accommodate our schedules. Brandon is thorough in explaining the Estate Planning process, the pros/cons of Wills versus Trusts, tax implications and the cost of his services. Brandon and staff drafted all documents, guided us through the signing and funding process and presented us with a comprehensive, organized binder with our documents (both paper and electronic) upon completion. The binder also contains useful planning documents & actions for us to complete going forward (revise PODs/Beneficiaries on both retirements accounts, banking/investments, burial docs, life insurance revisions, list of sentimental items to pass down…). His office took care of all documents/fees/filing to revise the Deed on our house to the Trust with the county offices.
